Dear Patient,

I’m going to tell you how to lower your cholesterol and how
to lose weight at the same time. It’s not hard to do this if you can eat some nuts. Pay close attention to what I’m going to tell you today present nn teens.

What researchers found out is this:

Eating a handful of walnuts everyday for just four weeks
can give you a 5% drop in your cholesterol!  Wow, that is great, right?

How does this work? Credit the nut’s supply of alpha-linoleic acids, which sweeps the BAD cholesterol like a big vacuum sweeper picking up
dirt. And don’t get the good cholesterol mixed up with the BAD and Exercise Makes Me Hungry.

The right kind of cholesterol is GOOD for you and your brain. You need to go to the health food store, buy you a bunch of fresh walnuts, without any salt, etc on it, and start eating some every day. Don’t make this hard. When I did the research, I found out that eating walnuts will also help you lose weight, because
when you eat them, they fill you up, and you’re not hungry.

Wow that’s a plus. So if you get hungry, grab a handful, and eat them. And when you are eating them, drink plenty of water which will help you
lose even more weight.

This is really a simple way to stay full.

Another little trick is to drink at least 12 ounces of water when
you THINK you’re hungry. I say this because most Americans
are dehydrated, and this is a bad thing.

I wish you the best. Be safe.

That’s it for today.
